Nestled in the mountainous city of Lipa, S Residence is a tropical retreat designed for relaxation and family living. The project serves as an extension of the client’s original home, adding new living spaces and amenities that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The structure follows a rectilinear form accented with wood, glass, and stone finishes, featuring an open ground floor that promotes natural light and ventilation. A central home lift beneath a glass skylight leads to a 20-meter lap pool, kiddie pool, sunken deck, vertical water feature, and landscaped gardens. The second floor is divided into two wings—one housing the Great Room and Master Bedroom, and the other with two additional bedrooms. The Great Room, with its sunken lounge, custom sofa, marble bar, and expansive windows, creates a bright and airy space that connects seamlessly with nature. Overall, the design emphasizes comfort, openness, and harmony with its lush surroundings.
