This condominium unit completed in 2011 was designed for a Filipino couple based in New Jersey, USA. Using a modern contemporary approach, a neutral color palette was chosen with mostly white walls and ceilings to make this loft appear bigger and more spacious. Lovers of nature, the clients wanted hints of greens and yellows scattered around the unit which the designer achieved by adding a pop of color in some of the walls, false ceilings, cabinetries, bed linens, and artworks to bring natural elements in. Glass dining table, acrylic bar stools, leather armchair with aluminum framing are just some of the furniture that was selected to match the contemporary feel of the space. The interiors come alive at night with warm ambient lighting and a floor to ceiling windows that frames a breathtaking view of the city during sunset.
