On September 8, 2024, VCDC had the honor of holding a groundbreaking ceremony for the Santos Family at Ayala Greenfield Estates, Calamba, Laguna. This important milestone marks not only the start of construction, but also the beginning of a new chapter for a family who has entrusted us with turning their dream into reality.
The planned home will be a three-level residence with a basement, two storeys above ground, and a total approximate floor area of 662.97 sqm. Designed to reflect both functionality and warmth, the house will feature four bedrooms for the family of five, along with a guest bedroom to accommodate visiting relatives and friends. VCDC will proudly lead the construction, while the interior design will be crafted by our design firm partner, TVAP. Together, we aim to create a home that harmonizes structure and style—where every space is both purposeful and personal.
The ceremony itself was filled with meaning and celebration. Attended by the Santos family, their extended relatives, and the VCDC team, the event reflected the spirit of partnership and collaboration that defines our projects. One of the most memorable highlights was the burying of a time capsule—a heartfelt gesture symbolizing the family’s hopes, dreams, and aspirations for the future. Sealed within were items and messages that will one day serve as a reminder of this special moment, a tradition that beautifully bridges the present with the generations to come.
