Inspired by the serene palette of the Mediterranean, this interior renovation embraces light and cool shades—whites, beige, browns, olive greens, lemon yellows, and saturated blues—to create a harmonious yet vibrant atmosphere. The design subtly draws from Greek-inspired interiors, where contrast and balance bring freshness and clarity to compact spaces. The client, deeply rooted in faith, envisioned a home that would complement her antique Virgin Mary statue—draped in a striking blue cloak and placed at the heart of the unit to be visible from every entry point. Most of the original furniture was refinished and reused, while the lighting, artwork, and decorative pieces were thoughtfully curated from the client’s personal collection. Adding to the home’s emotional depth, several wood elements were repurposed from past projects of the client’s late father, a respected architect—infusing the space with both nostalgia and meaning.
